The Grand Return to Valencia

Why did I come back to Valencia, you may ask? Well, after the hiccup with my wallet, it turned into an even greater hiccup when my bank failed to process my request for my debit card...so I'm back to Valencia for a few days and I'm gonna stake out in my host mother's apartment all day long waiting for the delivery. Then hopefully Lauren's Great European Adventure will flow a little more smoothly...

Plan as of now...shoot up to Avignon for a few days, take an overnight train to Munich and meet up with Lindsay and travel around Prague, Fussen, and Bern...we'll see, knowing Lindsay those plans will change rapidly...

Saturday
Got into VLC and did the chillax dance

Sunday
Met up with Lindsay after she got back in from her abbreviated Italian adventure with Hal, and went to the beach for the day.

Monday
Woke up early to stake out at the door of my host mother's house waiting for those cards to come in...and they came! Lauren = No longer with an easy way to pull out her money! YAY! Following the celebration Lindsay and I retired again for the day to the beach. The decision was also made to stay in Valencia until Wednesday and head up to Germany.

Tuesday
More chillaxing is had, and tried this really tasty Italian place by La Plaza de la Reina called La Pappadrdella, and that was basically it.

Wednesday
Finished up all the important things like shipping things back home to the states so that I wasn't caring my whole life with me...and off to the Motherland!

In conclusion, the return to Valencia was a lot of beach, a least a lot of beach for me, and getting my cards back...the world usually gives us happy endings :o)
